The successful Sales Executive needs to be self-motivated and pro-active to gain the most from the excellent un-capped bonuses the company offers. The role will require the candidate to follow up on qualified leads to generate sales, contacting a wide variety of potential clients and helping them to determine the best services the company offers for their needs. Full training on all in-house systems will be provided.

Essential skills: Ability to issue marketing and sales material to support sales, self-motivated and driven to exceed targets, friendly telephone manner and the ability to successfully close sales.

The successful Helpdesk Support Analyst needs to provide support via email and phone and keep users updated accordingly. The ideal candidate will have a helpful and friendly telephone manner and is able to prioritize work. This role requires a strong customer focus, and excellent customer service.

Essential skills: Must have experience in supporting Windows XP, Vista, Server 2003, 2008 and the Microsoft Office Suite
